Breast size is actually common in men. Especially at the age of 16-18, this breast size should regress. However, sometimes it can be permanent by not regressing after adulthood. A feminine breast appearance occurs in men.

The patient may be uncomfortable in the summer when he is in the sea or wearing a t-shirt. This affects the patient's social relationship and life success. This problem must be resolved.

• If the patient does not have a hormonal problem, the treatment is surgery. If there is a real size and sagging in the examination, the operation is performed. The operation is performed after adolescence. 
• Gynecomastia is examined in 3 degrees. -In the first degree, there is only breast and fat tissue excess without skin sagging. In the second degree, there is a small amount of skin sagging and excess breast and fat tissue. In the third degree, there is an excess of skin sagging and excess breast and adipose tissue.
• The operation can be performed under general anesthesia or local anesthesia, depending on the patient's condition.
• The operation lasts from 45 minutes to 1 hour. There is no need to stay in the hospital.
