1) After contacting us, your original request and necessary information are received
2) The information you provide is shared with the appropriate hospital after the first doctor's examination.
3) Additional information needed by our doctors (Photo-X-Ray-Additional Disease-Allergy etc.) is compiled, the first individual treatment plan is created. (Before coming to Türkiye yet.)
4) A report containing the individual treatment plan and pricing information is presented to you.
5) After your approval, your doctor and surgery appointment will be created.
6) On the dates you want to come to Turkey, the hotels with which we have a contract are introduced to you and your preference is learned.
7) For these dates, your flight tickets to and from Turkey in the form of Economy or Business are taken from the city you are in.
8) If you need a visa, support is provided.
9) Necessary travel health and complication insurances are being taken out.
10) The payment method that is suitable for you is determined.
11) You will be met at the airport in Turkey with our private vehicles, you will be transported to the hotel where you will stay, and a brochure mentioning all the information you will need will be delivered to you. Your personal advisor, with whom you can communicate in your mother tongue throughout your trip, will assist you with your questions and needs.
12) You will be transported to the hospital, your meeting with the clinic and your examination will be organized. After your treatment plan is finalized; touristic advice is given (if you want) until the surgery.
13) All your journeys between the hotel-hospital-airport in Turkey are organized by our private vehicle.
14) After your treatment and trip are completed, you will be sent home with the "Fit to Fly" report received from our physicians.
15) After returning to your home, our professional team is on duty for all your questions and needs.

Airplane

After your surgery date is determined, we arrange your Economy or Business tickets from your location to Turkey on your behalf.

We offer our flight service not only for you but also for your companion.

Hotel

Our 4 or 5 star hotels, close to your hospital, with proven high service scores, quality standards and cleanliness levels; We arrange it according to your flight and surgery dates. We share with you the hotel alternatives we have contracted with, and we reserve the room type you want in the hotel that suits your budget and taste.

Transfer

Upon your arrival at the airport, our special VIP vehicle and driver will greet you at the airport with a banner with your name on it. Since your landing time is monitored by our professional team, there is no need to worry about delays or other disruptions.

During your stay in Turkey, all your transfers between the Airport-Hotel-Hospital are provided by our fully equipped, internet-connected, air-conditioned VIP vehicles driven by certified drivers. We also care about your comfort in urban transportation.
